Jostens Creative Accounts Manager
Kel Lemons has her dream job as a Creative Accounts Manager at Jostens. She loves talking theme, design and photography. A yearbook nerd since high school, Kel previously worked as a newspaper photographer, journalism adviser and yearbook education manager. As a Texas adviser for 12 years, her publication staffs won 22 CSPA Crown and NSPA Pacemaker awards. She was selected as an ILPC Edith Fox King Award Winner in 2016.

Tina Cleavelin, M.Ed, CJE
Jostens Senior Creative Accounts Manager
As the Senior Jostens Creative Accounts Manager, Tina Cleavelin works with advisers and staffs to produce and market their publications. She advised award-winning newspaper, yearbook and photojournalism staffs in Arizona and Oklahoma. While advising yearbook and photojournalism staffs in Arizona, she served as the Fall State Journalism Convention Director for the Arizona Interscholastic Press Association. She received the Friend of Scholastic Journalism from Journalism Educator Association as well as the Friends of Journalism award from the New Mexico Scholastic Press Association and the Jostens Leadership Award. Tina continues to remain actively involved in state and national journalism organizations as a speaker and judge.
